Refund Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

CANCELLATION POLICY

Requests received later than 2 business days after placing the order. However we shall not entertain any cancellation request if our team has started working on your order.

REFUND POLICY

We strive to provide the best in class services for our clients , however in-case of dissatisfaction of our service we will refund the amount subject to following terms:

  1. In-case, Income Tax Return has been filed and all the details are matching with the details provided by client., No refund shall be issued.
  2. 100% refund will be issued without any question if client changed mind after placing order (Subject to condition that our expert has not commenced working on it).
